What to Expect

You will be greeted at the Port Zante Terminal building , then proceed to the awaiting, air-conditioned vehicles. The tour will then proceed throughout historical Basseterre, where you will arrive at the replica of the Piccadilly circus in London, England. Additionally, the tour will go by a historical slave market where slaves were sold on auction block to sugar cane plantation owners. The group will continue on throughout the old town where you will see an old fort that is now been used as the prison and police station. Also, view the historical churches from the olden days.

The city tour takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The tour will then continue on towards the beaches which are situated on the southeast peninsula, which is where you will be dropped off. Upon arrival at the beach, you will be greeted by local staff and you will have the choice of renting beach chairs and/or umbrellas. You will then be picked up at the same location at a pre-arranged time and returned to the ship
